Luke 1:80 and the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.
Every man’s announcement is resident on his assignment. Jer. 1 :5,Psalm 127:3-4. You are here on earth on a mission to register an impact. To register an impact means to fulfill destiny.
What are the Boosters of destinies?
1. Difficulties and problems: You are not abnormal when you face difficulties and problems, because in this earth, difficulties and problems are normal. God created the earth and he Himself confronted the challenges of darkness. Gen 1:1-2. Destiny is ‘unfulfillable’ without adversity.
In fact, destiny cannot soar, if the journey is smooth. James 1:2. There is no promotion without problems.
David had to face Goliath, Daniel had to face the lions, and Joseph had to go to slavery etc. before they could advance in life. Isaiah 43:2, if you want to escape the fire, you are not ready for promotion. 1cor 1:13
when you are confronted with temptation, know that the temptation is for a season. So learn to hold on. Furthermore, when confronted with temptation, keep your eyes on the vision and goal and finally, when confronted with temptations, fill your heart with the word of God.
2. Divine Helpers/Destiny Helpers: No man is self-made. You are made by the people God has brought your way. Gen 2:18. Your destiny is tied to somebody somewhere.
Psalm 115:16, 1Chr 12:22, God would not come down by himself to raise you, because the earth is given to men to govern. Thus, God has gathered men around you as an avenue for connection to rise. You cannot do without men. Gen 41: 12-14
Be careful of what you say to people because you don’t know who may be your destiny helper.
Destiny helpers comes in all manner of shapes and size. 2kings 5:1-2
How to engage help with Destiny helpers
a) Celebrate people: Don’t treat people as trash; rather honor them, because they can be a person to help you in future.
b). Show yourself friendly: Prov 18:24
c.) Be your best always: Eccl. 9:10. Little things matter, be faithful in little thing.
d) Depend on the ultimate helper: John 25:16, If the ultimate helper (The holy spirit) does not help you, then no one can.
3. Inspiration: Inspiration is the energy of divine destiny. Job 32:8, Heb. 12:2.Inspiration gives spring to your feet
Forces that power inspirations:
a) Vision: Habakkuk 2:2. Vision is a glimpse into destiny
b) Mentor: Mentor is a ‘preplay’ of your destiny, where you want to be is where your mentor is.
c) The Holyspirit
4. Personal Development: Life would give you what you are. If you don’t grow, you will groan in life. Luke 2:52, Jesus also grew by investing in himself. He sat by leaders to learn. Luke 1:80. To wax strong in the spirit, you must develop yourself.
Personal development must be continuous until you leave this earth, for you to fulfill your destiny. Henry Ford quip, “If you stop learning, you are old, whether at 20 or at 80”
Only the learner reigns. To upgrade yourself, then update yourself. 1sam 2:26,
Prov. 19:2, people don’t listen to ‘ignoramus’, if you don’t have substance in the word, people will not listen to you. Speaking may be a gift, but reading isn’t, it is a responsibility. 2Tim 2:15.
