What is Holy Ghost Baptism?
The Holy Ghost Baptism means to be immersed into the Holy Ghost. It means your spirit becomes submerged in the Holy Ghost and the Holy Ghost takes over you to the extent that your tongue is changed
The Benefits of the Holy Ghost Baptism
1. Deeper Personal relationship or intimacy with God. 1 Cor. 14:2, Speaking in tongue supernaturally endears you to God
2. Victory in spiritual warfare: Eph. 6:12, Most of the battles we face in life are spiritual. 2cor 10:3
3. It gives you boldness and power to witness for Christ. Acts 1:8. Timidity drops off your life
4. It makes prayer more effective: With the baptism of the Holy Ghost, you are given a supernatural language to converse in a heavenly language. Rom. 8:26. When you pray in the Holy Ghost, you pray in the will of God which helps you get answers quickly.
5. It makes the release of the gift of the Spirit, possible. 1Cor 12:7
6. It enables better understanding of the Bible: John 16:13
How to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost
1. You must be born again: Acts 19:2
2. You must hunger and thirst for it. John 7:37-39.
3. Ask the father to give you the Holy Ghost. Acts 11:13
4. Get someone filled already to lay hands on you. Acts 19:6
5. Open your mouth and speak as the Holy Ghost gives you utterance. Acts 2:4
