Jesus is the door and he loves to open door for his people. John 10:9.
It is not enough to know that God opens door, but we must know that there are things or benefits behinds this door. Isaiah 60:11, The riches behind the open doors are meant for us to partake in.
Responsibilities required of us to partake in the blessings of the opened door:
1. Be prepared: Prov. 16:1, matt 25:1, you need personal preparation to birth your miracle. Prayer cannot replace preparation. New opportunities will open for you, when you have prepared for where you are. Gen 41:14, 2chr 27:6. It is in the furnace of preparation that destinies are formed.
How to prepare yourself?
a. Build your spiritual capacity: Prov 4:23. God only commits more to the spiritually matured. Matt 25:15,
b. Build mental capacity: prov 23:7, Romans 12:3, Study and Read to build your mental capacities.
2. Locate the Doors: You need eyes that see beyond the natural. Only those who sees open doors can seize the benefits it carries. Eyes that look is many, but eyes that sees are few. Eph 1:18, matt 7:7. Until you engage your mind, you may see nothing. Isaiah 43:19, it is wisdom to not just look, but to start seeing. opportunities of life sometimes come wrapped in difficulties
3. Proclaim it: It is what you proclaim that you can claim. That God has said it to you. does not make it yours until you say it by yourself. Num.14:28. God perform to the limit of your confession. Mark 11:23-24, The faith of a believer amounts to nothing, if it is not proclaimed and expressed in words. Heaven and Hell are committed to what you say.
4. Take Action: inaction will rob you off the blessings behind the open doors. You must be on the go and take action. After prayers you need to move. Docility can never get you your miracles. Isaiah 60:1, Prov 10:4. John 9:4, Jesus worked so hard, he was tired and he even slept off in the boat, even in the midst of the storm. Matt 10:7, Mark 16:15, God wants to be on the move, he commanded “Go” not ‘Sit’. Things only move for those who make move.
